ComcenAV provide professional audio and visual technical support to all our customers. Our qualified industry professionals will work with you to design and maintain your Audio Visual equipment.

Our dedicated Audio Visual Customer Services team who can be contacted via the Telephone, Video Conferencing or by email. When technical difficulties occur our technical experts will try and diagnose and fix any issue over the phone where we can to get up and running as quickly as possible.

When a device fails it may be necessary for our engineers to visit. They will attempt to diagnose and fix the problem on site however this isn’t always possible in which case the device will be removed and returned to us for a full inspection. We will inspect the item, diagnose the fault and advise on the estimated cost of repair. If the repair is not cost effect we will advise you on the best replacement. For critical items we can arrange for loan equipment whilst your item is being repaired.
