TrilbyTV’s Twitter feeds feature is a really nice and simple way to keep your screens up-to-date. You don’t update the TV, you simply tweet and it updates your digital signage automatically.

Adding a Twitter feed to your screen is very simple, you add in the username, moderate and save. You can change the setting of your Twitter feed to show more tweets if you tweet a lot, or you can show less if you Tweet less.

You can colour code your background, link text and main text. You can include start and end dates. So for example, if it’s Science Week you could start NASA’s twitter feed Monday morning and delete Friday evening.

A simple way to get content up and running quickly on your screens is to create a slideshow or play a video. You can play video up to 4K and add a slide show with up to 24 images. You an add as many slideshows as you want. All you have to do is give it a title, choose your images and press add. These images will be added to your TrilbyTV player and displayed on your screen(s).

Another lightweight mechanism to keep your screens up-to-date is to show web content. You can use presentation tools such as, Google Slides. Simply choose your web content, paste in the web embed from Google Slides and add it to the playlist. The nice thing about this is that you don’t need to update TrilbyTV, you simply update your slides for those changes to be made instantly on your digital signage.
