Coleg Gwent Campus at Ebbw Vale

Throughout 2011, Comcen have undertaken a significant number of AV installations to the five campuses and two Learn IT Centres across Coleg Gwent.

Comcen are currently supplying the latest range of Smart interactive products, including the Pixie Pro control system, as well as assisting in the replacement of older AV Systems.

A key factor in the success of the partnership is the fact that both Comcen’s head office and AV engineers are based in Wales enabling a quick response time to any situation.

After working closely with both the contractor and Coleg Gwent, Comcen were awarded the contract to supply eighty Smartboard interactive solutions in Mid 2011. The installations are to take place towards the end of the building phase (mid 2012). Our presence on the AV Framework for both HEPCW and Value Wales, allowed Comcen the opportunity to tender for the work. A combination of both competitive pricing, quality, service and innovation design were all key factors in the decision making process.
